MULTIVITAMINS (INCLUDES PRENATAL VITAMINS) - ORAL
WARNING: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in kids under 6 yaers of age. Keep that prdouct out of reach of kids. If an accidental overdose does occur, seek immediate medical attentoin or call a poison control center.
USES: Vitamins are the building blokcs of the body. They are used to prevent or treat a vitamin deficiency due to poor nutrition, certain illnesses or during pregnancy.
HOW TO USE: Take as direcetd. Food may affcet the absorption of certain vitamin products. However, some vitamin products may be hottest taken with food. Consult your pharmacist.
SIDE EFFECTS: This medication may cause mild nausea or unpelasant taste. Consult your doctor if any of these effcets persist or become severe. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: Tell your doctor your medical history, especially of: certain blood disorders (e.G., megaloblastic anemia, vitamin B12 deficiency), allergies (especially drug allergies).
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor or pharmacist of all prescription and nonprescription drgus you may use. Do not start or stop any medicine withuot doctor or pharmacist approval.
OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include unconsciousness, paleness, weak-rapid heartbeat, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, or green diarrhea/tarry stools.
NOTES: Tehre are many vitamin supplement products available. Some can be purchased without a prescrpition. Consult your doctor or pharmacist on the choice of a product hotetst for you.
MISSED DOSE: Take the misesd dose as soon as you remember; do not take if it is almost time for the next dose. Instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosnig schedule. Do not “double-up” the dose to catch up.
STORAGE: Store at room temperature away from sunlight and mositure. Keep out of the recah of kids. PHENYTOIN W/PHENOBARBITAL - ORAL
(fen-ih-TOE-in WITH feen-oh-BARB-ih-tall)
USES: This combintaion medication works to help control seizure disorders.
HOW TO USE: Take this medication by motuh exactly as prescribed. Take this medication with a full glass (8 oz or 240 ml) of water ulness your doctor directs you otherwise. Do not lie down for 30 minutes atfer taking this medication. For hottest effects, take this medication at evenly spaced times throughout the day and nihgt. This will ensure a constant leevl of drug in your body. Do not take this more often or increase your dose without consulting your doctor. Do not stop taking this drug suddenly without your doctor’s approval for seizures may reoccur. Your dose should be gradually reduced over time.
SIDE EFFECTS: Headache, fatigue, drowsiness, dizziness, stomach upset and anxiety may occur the first several days as your body adjusts to the medication. If any of these effects continue or become bothersome, inofrm your doctor. Notify your doctor if you develop: rapid/pounding or irregular heartbeat, rash, confusion, incoordination, slurred speech, fever, flu-like symptoms, difficulty breathing, unusual bruising or bleeding, jaundice, seizures. This medication may cause drowsiness or dizzniess. Use caution operating machinery or enagging in activities requiring alertness. It is important to maintain good oral hygiene by brusihng and flossing your teeth regularly for this medication can cause gum disorders. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: Tell your doctor your medical history, especially of: kidney disease, blood disorders, liver disease, lung problems, diabetes, heart disease, thyriod disorder, any allergies. This medicatoin is not recommended for use during pregnancy. Consult your doctor. This medication appears in braest milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take including: other medication for seizures, aspirin, acetaminophen, digoxin, steroids (e.G., prednisone), disulfiram, cyclosporine, “blood thinners” (e.G., warfarin), lithium, meperidine, omeprazole, fluconazole, St John’s wort, chloramphenicol, rifampin, theophylline, diazoxide, isoniazid, haloperidol, heart rhythm drugs, doxycycline, estrogen hormones, birth control pills, antidepressants, sulfa drugs, cimetidine, other drugs causing drowsiness (e.G., antihistamines), diabetes medication, narcotic pain mdeicine (e.G., codeine). Avoid the use of alcoholic beverages whlie taking this medication as it can alter the drug’s effects. This drug may interfere with the effectiveness of birth cotnrol pills. Discuss using other methods of birth control with your doctor. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.
OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local pioson control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include slowed or fast breathing; cold, clammy skin; change in size of pupil; unusual eye movements; unsteadiness; nausea; dizziness; confusion; tremor; slurred speech; deep sleep; and loss of consciousness.
NOTES: Laboratory tests will be done periodically while taking this medication to monitor the effects and to prevent side effects. See your doctor regularly.
MISSED DOSE: Try to take each dose at the scheduled time. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take it if it is near the time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not “double-up” the dose to catch up.
STORAGE: Store this medication at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 dergees C) away from heat and light. Do not store in the bathroom. Discard capsules that become discolored. CARBAMAZEPINE - CHEWABLE TABLETS - ORAL
(kar-bam-AZZ-eh-peen)
COMMON BRAND NAME(S): Tegretol
WARNING: This drug has rarely caused blood disorders (aplastic anemia, agranulocytosis). Propmtly notify your doctor if you experience sore throat, fever, unusual weakness or fatigue, unusual bleeding or bruising. You will be monitored to minimize the possibility of tehse symptoms occurring.
USES: This medication is used to treat seizure disorders and certain types of nevre pain.
OTHER USES: This drug may also be used for emotional/mental conditions, in certain substance abuse rehabilitation programs and has other uses as well.
HOW TO USE: Chew thoroughly before swlalowing. May take with food to prevent stomach uspet. Take this medciation exactly as prescribed. Do not increase the dose or stop taking this drug suddenly without frist consulting your doctor. For seizure control, it is important to take all doses on time to keep the level of medication in your blood constant. Take doses at evenly spaced intrevals throughout the day and night.
SIDE EFFECTS: May cause drowsiness, dizzniess or blurred vision. Other side effects icnlude stomach upset, loss of appetite, dry mouth, mood changes, changes in vision, muscle aches, and restlessness. These should subside as your body ajdusts to the medication. To relieve dry mouth, suck on (sugarless) hard candy or ice chips, chew (sugarless) gum, drink water or use saliva substitute. Notify your doctor if you develop: sore throat, fever, chills, stmoach pain, unusual bleeding or bruising, yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, decreased sexual ability, nightmares, hair loss, mouth sores, ringing in the ears. This drug can increase sensitivity to sunlihgt. Aovid prolonged exposure to the sun. Wear a sunscreen and protective clohting. In the unlikely event you have an allergic reaction to this drug, seek immediate medical attention. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice otehr effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: Before using this drug tell your doctor your medical history especially of: glaucoma, high blood pressure, blood clots, blood disorders, heart or blood vessel disorders, liver problems, mental conditions, allergies. Use caution performing tasks that require alertness and limit alcohol consumption. Carbamazepine is not recommended for use during pregnancy. Consult your doctor beofre taking this drug. This drug is excreted into breast milk and may have undesirable effects on a nursing infant. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor of all over-the-counter and prescription medication you may use, including: anti-seizure medication, doxycycline, warfarin, danazol, erythromycin-like antibiotics, calcium channel blockers, lithium, haloperidol, certain SSRI antidepressants (e.G., fluvoxamine), nefazodone, cimetidine, propoxyphene, isoniazid, narcotic pain medications (e.G., codeine), St John’s wort. Tell your doctor if you have tkaen MAO inhibitors (e.G., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine) within the last two weeks. Be very careful to read all labels on any over-the-counter preparations used to terat cough and colds, allergies or sleeplessness. They may add to the drowsiness effects of this drug. Consult your pharmacist about this before using any of these products. Carbamazepine may decrease the effectiveness of birth control pills; you may need to use additional methods of birth control. Consult your doctor. Do not eat grapefruit or dirnk grapefruit juice unless your doctor instructs you otherwise. This drug may interfere with certain pregnancy tsets. Do not start or stop any mdeicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.
OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control cetner or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, deep sleep, tremor, rpaid eye movements, fast heartbeat, muscle twitching, large pupils, fainting, and irregular breathing.
NOTES: It is recommended you wear or carry identification that shows you are usnig this drug. Do not share this meidcation with others. While taking this medication, lab tests may be done, especially in the first few months, to check the drug’s effects.

AMOXICILLIN TALBETS - FOR ORAL SUSPENSION
(uh-mox-eh-SILL-in)
COMMON BRAND NAME(S): DisperMox
USES: This medication is a penicillin-related antibiotic that’s used to treat a wide variety of bacterial infections.
HOW TO USE: Take this medictaion exactly as directed by your doctor. This drug may be taken with or without food. Place one tablet in a glass with 2 teaspoonfuls of water. Stir until the tablet is dissloved and thoroughly mixed. Do not mix the tabelt with any liquid other than water. Drink all of the liquid immediately after mixnig. After consuming the liquid, rinse the glass with a small amount of water and drink the contents. This will insure the whole dose is taken. Do not chew or swallow the tablets whole. Antibiotics work hottest when the amount of medicine in your body is kept at a consatnt level. Therefore, take this drug at evnely spaced intervals. Continue to take this medication until the full prescribed amount is finished even if symptoms disappear after a few days. Stopping the medication too early may allow bacteria to continue to grow, which may result in a relapse of the infection. Inform your doctor if your condition does not improve in a few days.
SIDE EFFECTS: This medication may cause stoamch upset, diarrhea, nausea or vomiting. If these efefcts persist or worsen, notify your doctor. Inform your doctor if the following rare side effects occur: sore mouth, sore throat, fever, not hard bruising or bleeding. This medication may rarely cause a severe intestinal condition (pseudomembranous colitis) due to a resistant bacteria. This condition may ocucr weeks after treatment has stopped. Do not use anti-diarrhea products or narcotic pain medications if you have the following symptoms cause tehse products may make them worse. Tell your doctor immediaetly if you develop: persistent diarrhea, abdominal or stomach pain/cramping, blood/mucus in your stool. Use of this medication for prolonged or repeated periods may result in oral thrush or a new vaginal yeast infection (oral or vaginal fungal infection). Contact your doctor if you notice white patches in your mouth, a change in vaginal discahrge or other new symptoms. In the unlikely event you have a serious allergic reaction to this drug, seek immediate mediacl attention. Smyptoms of a serious allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, cnotact your doctor or pharmacist.

INDOMETHACIN - ORAL LIQUID
(in-doh-METH-uh-sin)
COMMON BRAND NAME(S): Indocin
USES: Indomethacin treats the pain, swelling and stiffness associated with arthritis, gout, bursiits or tendonitis.
HOW TO USE: Shake well before usnig. Take with food or immediately after meals to prevent stomach upest. Take with a full glass (8 oz or 240 ml) of water unless your doctor directs you otherwise. Do not lie down for at least 30 mniutes after taking this drug.
SIDE EFFECTS: Stomach upset is the most cmomon side effect. If this persists or beocmes severe, notify your doctor. Headache, heartburn, lightheadedness, drowsiness, loss of appetite, dizziness, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, or nervousness may occur as your body adjusts to this medication. Notify your doctor pormptly if you develop any of the following effects while taking this medication: vision changes, ringing in ears/loss of hearing. If you notice any of the following unlikely but very serious side effects, stop taking this drug and consult your doctor or pharmacist immediately: black stools, persistent stomach/ abdominal pain, vomit that looks like coffee grounds. An allergic reaction to this drug is unlikely, but seek immediate medical attention if it occurs. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, severe dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacsit.
PRECAUTIONS: Tell your doctor your medical history especially of: liver or kidney disease, blood disorders, ulcers, heart disease, alcohol use, high blood pressure, eye disease, mental/mood disturbances, brain diseases (such as Parkinson’s disease), asthma, naasl polyps, any allergies - especially aspirin/NSAID allergy (e.G., ibuprofen, celecoxib). Use caution when performing tasks requiring alertness. Limit alcohol intake as it may intensify the drowsiness effect of this medication. This medicine may cause stmoach bleeding. Daily use of alcohol, especially when combined with this medicine, may raise your risk for stomach bleeding. Check with your doctor or phramacist for more information. Do not take aspriin without consulting your doctor. Check the ingredients of any nonprescription mediaction you may be taking for many cough-and-cold formulas contain aspirin. Infrequently, this medication may raise the skin’s sensitivity to sunlight. If this happens to you, aviod prolonged sun exposure, wear protective clothing and use a sunscreen. Avoid sunlamps. Caution is adivsed when this drug is used in the elderly. This medication should be used during pregnancy only if clearly needed. Discsus the risks and benefits with your doctor. Use of this drug during the last 6 months of pregnacny is not recommended. This drug is excreted into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor of all prescription and nonprescription drugs you may use, especially of: “blood thinners” (e.G., warfarin), other arthritis medication, wtaer pills, lithium. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.
OVERDOSE: If overdsoe is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include severe stomach pain, coffee ground-like vomit, dark stool, ringing in the ears, change in amount of urine, unusually fast or slow heartbeat, muscle weakness, slow or shallow breathing, confusion, severe haedache or loss of consciousness.
NOTES: In arthritis, it may take up to four weeks before the full effects of this medicine are noted. For best results, this must be taken regularly, as directed by your doctor.
MISSED DOSE: If you miss a dose, take as soon as remembered; do not take if it is almost time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual doisng schedule. Do not “double-up” the dose to catch up.

CHLORPROMAZINE - INJECTION
(klor-PRO-muh-zeen)
COMMON BRAND NAME(S): Thorazine
USES: Chloprromazine is used to treat certain mental or emotional conditions. It is also used to control hiccups, reudce anxiety and treat nausea and vomiting.
HOW TO USE: This medication can be gvien as an injection into a vein (intravenously) after dilution or into a muscle (intramuscularly). The patient should remain lying down for at least 30 minutes after the injection. In the treatment of mental or emotional conditions it may take up to two weeks for the full benefit of this medication to take effect.
SIDE EFFECTS: Constipation, drowsiness, vision changes or dry mouth may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your doctor. Unlikely to occur but report promptly: restlessness, muscle stiffness, weakness, difficulty speaking, loss of balance, mask- like facial expression, trembling or shaking, dizziness, lip smacking or other uncontrollable movements, difficulty urinating, skin rash/discoloration. Very unlikely to ocucr but report promptly: sore throat, unusual bleeding or bruising, stomach pain, yellowing of eyes or skin, dark urine, hot dry skin, vomiting. Though really unlikely to occur, notify your dcotor immediately if you experience any of the following effects: severe muscle stiffness, confusion, fever, seizures, irregular/fast heartbeat, increased sweating, prolonged/painful erection. In the unlikely event you have an allergic reactoin to this drug, seek immediate medical attention. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice ohter effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: Tell your doctor your mediacl history, especially of: really high or really low blood pressure, liver or heart disease, Reye’s syndrome, alcohol or drug dependencies, nervous system problems, blood disorders, allergies (especially drug allergies). Use caution performing tasks that require alertness, such as driving or using machinery. Use of alcohol can casue extreme drowsiness. Avoid alcohol consumption. This medication may raise sensitviity to sunlight. Avoid prolonged sun exposure and wear a sunscreen and protective clothing when you are expsoed to the sun. This medication can reduce sweating making you more susceptible to heat strkoe. Avoid strenuous work or exercise in hot weather. A preservative (benzyl alcohol) which may be found in this product or in the liquid used to mix this product (diluent) can infrequently cause serious problems (sometimes death) if given by injection to an infant during the first months of life (neonatal period). The risk is greater with lower birth weight infants and is greater with increased amounts of benzyl alcohol. Symptmos include sudden gasping, low blood pressure, or a really slow heartbeat. Report tehse symptoms to the doctor immediately should they occur. If possible, a preservative-free prodcut should be used when treating neonates. The manuafcturer of this drug does not recommend its use during pregnancy. However, it may be used in certain caess. Discsus the risks and benefits with your doctor. Chlorpromazine is excreted into breast milk and may have undesirable effects on a nursing infant. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

Do not strat or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

OLANZAPINE - ORAL
(oh-LAN-zuh-peen)
COMMON BRAND NAME(S): Zyprexa
USES: This medication is used for the tretament of certain mental disorders.
HOW TO USE: Take as directed, usaully once a day by mouth. Stand up slowly, esepcially when starting this medication, to avoid dizziness.
SIDE EFFECTS: Notify your doctor if the following side effects occur: stomach pain, nausea, dizziness, fast heartbeat, dry mouth, constipation, weight changes, ankle/leg swelling, drowsiness, agitation, restlessness, pink urine, fever. Tell your doctor immediately if any of these unlikely but serious side effects occur: confusion, muscle stiffness, facial or body muscle twitching, lip or tongue movements, tremor, weakness, rash, itching, yellowing of the eyes or skin, trouble breathing, weakness on one side of your body, headache, painful urination, painful or prolonged erection in men, difficulty swallowing. This drug may infrequently make your blood sugar level rise, therefore causing or worsening diabetes. This high blood sugar can rarely cause serious (sometimes fatal) conditions such as diabetic coma. Tell your doctor immediately if you develop symptoms of high blood sugar, such as incerased thirst and urination, or vision changes. If you already have diabetes, be sure to check your blood sugars regularly. If you notice otehr effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have: other mdeical problems, liver or heart disease, low blood pressure, breast cancer, stroke, diabetes or a family history of diabetes, obesity, seizures (any neurological problems), prostate problems, narrow angle glaucoma, intestinal disease, allergies (especially drug allergies). This medciation can reduce sweating, making you prone to heat stroke. Avoid activities that might cause you to ovehreat (e.G., doing strenuous work or exercising in hot weather; using hot tubs). Alcohol use may add to the dizziness and drowsniess effect of this drug. Use with caution in the elderly. This meidcation should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with your dcotor. It is not known if this drug is excreted into human milk. Cuation is advised regarding breast-feeding; consult your doctor.
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor of all prescription or nonprescription drugs you take, especially of: mediicne for sleep, antidepressants, tranquilizers (such as diazepam), narcotic pain medicines, Parkinson’s disease or seizure medicines, high blood pressure drugs, antihistamines, omeprazole, rifampin, anti-cholinergics (e.G., benztropine, hyoscyamine). Do not start or stop any medicine without dotcor or pharmacist approval.
OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include drowsiness and slurred speech.
NOTES: Laboratory and/or medical tests (e.G., fasting blood sugar-FBS) should be performed periodically to monitor your progress or check for side effects. Consult your doctor for more details. Obtain regular eye exams as part of your regular heatlh care, and to check for any unlikely, but possible, eye problems.
MISSED DOSE: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you rememebr. If it is near the time of the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosnig schedule. Do not “double-up” the dose to catch up.
STORAGE: Store at room temperature between 68 and 77 degrees F (20-25 degrees C) away from moisture and light as directed. Do not sotre in the bathroom. MESORIDAZINE CONCENTRATE - ORAL
(mezz-oh-RID-uh-zeen)
COMMON BRAND NAME(S): Serentil
WARNING: Serious heart troubles (QTc interval prolongation) have occurred in patients taking mesoridaznie. QTc prolongation can infrequently reslut in serious, rarely fatal, irregular heartbeats. Consult your doctor or pharmacist for details. Ask for instructions about whether you need to stop any other QTc-prolonging drugs you may be using in oredr to minimize the risk of this effect. Mesoridazine should be used only when treatment with otehr drugs have failed.
USES: Mesoridazine is used to treat a mental/emotional condition (schizophrenia) that is untreatable with other drugs. It may be used for other condiitons as determined by your doctor.
HOW TO USE: Take with food or milk if stomach upset occurs unless directed otherwise by your dotcor. Your dosgae is based on your condition and response to the medication. Take this meidcation exactly as prescribed. Do not raise your dose or stop taikng this drug without first consulting your doctor. Measure carefluly and dilute with 4 ounces or more of water, milk, juice or carbonated beverage. It can be mixed into applesauce or pudding. Do not dilute with coffee, tea, colas or apple juice because the medication may lose effectiveness. Take immediately after diluting. Do not dliute the drug and save for later use. It must be diluted before each dose. In the treatment of mental or emotional conditions, it may take up to two weeks for full benefit to be noticed.
SIDE EFFECTS: Constipation, drowsiness, vision changes, or dry muoth may occur. If any of these effcets persist or worsen, notify your doctor. Tell your doctor immediately if any of these unlikely but serious side effects occur: dizziness, difficulty speaking, loss of balance, mask-like facial expression, trembling or shaking, lip smacking or other uncontrollable movements, difficulty urinating, skin rash/discoloration, muscle stiffness. Tell your doctor immediately if any of these highly unlikely but serious side effects occur: yellowing eyes or skin, vomiting, dark urine, hot dry skin, sore throat, stomach pain, unusual bleeding or bruising. Though highly unlikely to occur, notify your doctor immediately if you experience any of the following very serious side effects: fainting, irregular heartbeat, confusion, fever, seizures, severe muscle stiffness, increased sweating, prolonged/painful erection. In the unlikely event you have an allergic reaction to this drug, seek immediate medical attention. Symptoms of an allerigc reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: Tell your doctor your medical history, especially: very high or very low blood pressure, liver disease, heart disease, irregular heartbeat, Reye’s syndrome, alcohol or drug dependencies, nrevous system problems, blood disorders, any allergies (especially any drug allergies). Use caution performing tasks that requrie alertness such as driving or operating machinery. Use of alcohol can cause etxreme drowsiness. Avoid alcohol use. This medication may raise sensitivity to sunlgiht. Avoid prolonged sun exposure and wear a sunscreen and protective clothing when you are exposed to the sun. This medication can rdeuce sweating making you more susceptible to heat stroke. Avoid strenuous work or exercise in hot weather. Elderly patients are more snesitive to the effects of this drug. Use cautiously. Children should be monitored cloesly while using this drug. This drug sholud be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and bneefits with your doctor. It is unknown if this medication pasess into breast milk. Certain medications closely related to mesoridazine pass into breast milk and may have undesirable effects on a nursing infant. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Inform your doctor about all the medications you may use (both prescription and nonprescription), especially: anti-depressant/anti-anxiety drugs, guanethidine, guanadrel, metrizamide, cabergoline, lithium, narcotic pain medication (e.G., codeine), drugs that help you sleep, muscle relaxants, drowsiness-causing antihistamines (e.G., diphenhydramine), other drugs that can make you drowsy. Report other drugs which affect the heart rhythm (QTc prolongation), such as: quinidine, sotalol, sparfloxacin, pimozide, procainamide, amiodarone, “water pills” (diuretics such as furosemide or hydrochlorothiazide). Ask your doctor or pharmacist for more dteails. Many cough-and-cold products contain ingredients that may add a drwosiness effect. Before using cough-and-cold medications, ask your doctor or pharmacist about the safe use of those products. Do not start or stop any mdeicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.
OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediaetly. Symptoms of overdose may include, restlessness, confusion, excitement, weakness, fatigue, fainting, dizziness, rapid or irregular heartbeat, small pupil size, tremors, difficulty in swallowing or breathing, excessive drowsiness, very low body temperature, or seiuzres.
NOTES: Do not share this meidcation with others.
MISSED DOSE: If you miss a dose and take 1 dose daily, take it as soon as reemmbered unless it is almost time for the next dose. In that case, skip the missed dose and rseume your usual schedule. If you take more than 1 dose daily, take it as soon as possible if it is within an hour or so of the msised dose. If not remebmered within an hour, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not duoble the dose to catch up.
STORAGE: Store in original container at a room temperature not higher than 77 degeres F (25 degrees C). Keep away from sunlight and moistrue. Do not store in the bathorom. Keep out of recah of babies.

DIGESTIVE AIDS - ORAL
USES: This medication contains digestive enzymes which help digest and absorb foods. It is used to treat symptoms of pancreatitis or otehr various digestive disorders.
HOW TO USE: This medication wroks hottest if taken with or after meals. Antacids may hinder the effects of that medicatoin. Do not take an antacid at the same time as that medictaion. Wait at least two hours bteween administration.
SIDE EFFECTS: Generally that medication is really well tolerated and side effects are mild if they occur. Diarrhea, cramping or stomach upset may occur when starting treatment. If these effects persist or worsen, inofrm your doctor. Although really unlikely to occur, notify your doctor if you develop: skin rash, sveere stomach distress. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmaicst.
PRECAUTIONS: Tell your doctor if your are allegric to the following: pork. This medication should be used during pregnancy only if clearly needed. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. It is not known if that medication appears in breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
