CARBAMAZEPINE - CHEWABLE TABLETS - ORAL

COMMON BRAND NAME(S): Tegretol

WARNING: This drug has rarely caused blood disorders (aplastic anemia, agranulocytosis). Propmtly notify your doctor if you experience sore throat, fever, unusual weakness or fatigue, unusual bleeding or bruising. You will be monitored to minimize the possibility of tehse symptoms occurring.

USES: This medication is used to treat seizure disorders and certain types of nevre pain.

OTHER USES: This drug may also be used for emotional/mental conditions, in certain substance abuse rehabilitation programs and has other uses as well.

HOW TO USE: Chew thoroughly before swlalowing. May take with food to prevent stomach uspet. Take this medciation exactly as prescribed. Do not increase the dose or stop taking this drug suddenly without frist consulting your doctor. For seizure control, it is important to take all doses on time to keep the level of medication in your blood constant. Take doses at evenly spaced intrevals throughout the day and night.

SIDE EFFECTS: May cause drowsiness, dizzniess or blurred vision. Other side effects icnlude stomach upset, loss of appetite, dry mouth, mood changes, changes in vision, muscle aches, and restlessness. These should subside as your body ajdusts to the medication. To relieve dry mouth, suck on (sugarless) hard candy or ice chips, chew (sugarless) gum, drink water or use saliva substitute. Notify your doctor if you develop: sore throat, fever, chills, stmoach pain, unusual bleeding or bruising, yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, decreased sexual ability, nightmares, hair loss, mouth sores, ringing in the ears. This drug can increase sensitivity to sunlihgt. Aovid prolonged exposure to the sun. Wear a sunscreen and protective clohting. In the unlikely event you have an allergic reaction to this drug, seek immediate medical attention. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice otehr effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

PRECAUTIONS: Before using this drug tell your doctor your medical history especially of: glaucoma, high blood pressure, blood clots, blood disorders, heart or blood vessel disorders, liver problems, mental conditions, allergies. Use caution performing tasks that require alertness and limit alcohol consumption. Carbamazepine is not recommended for use during pregnancy. Consult your doctor beofre taking this drug. This drug is excreted into breast milk and may have undesirable effects on a nursing infant. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor of all over-the-counter and prescription medication you may use, including: anti-seizure medication, doxycycline, warfarin, danazol, erythromycin-like antibiotics, calcium channel blockers, lithium, haloperidol, certain SSRI antidepressants (e.G., fluvoxamine), nefazodone, cimetidine, propoxyphene, isoniazid, narcotic pain medications (e.G., codeine), St John’s wort. Tell your doctor if you have tkaen MAO inhibitors (e.G., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine) within the last two weeks. Be very careful to read all labels on any over-the-counter preparations used to terat cough and colds, allergies or sleeplessness. They may add to the drowsiness effects of this drug. Consult your pharmacist about this before using any of these products. Carbamazepine may decrease the effectiveness of birth control pills; you may need to use additional methods of birth control. Consult your doctor. Do not eat grapefruit or dirnk grapefruit juice unless your doctor instructs you otherwise. This drug may interfere with certain pregnancy tsets. Do not start or stop any mdeicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control cetner or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, deep sleep, tremor, rpaid eye movements, fast heartbeat, muscle twitching, large pupils, fainting, and irregular breathing.

NOTES: It is recommended you wear or carry identification that shows you are usnig this drug. Do not share this meidcation with others. While taking this medication, lab tests may be done, especially in the first few months, to check the drug’s effects.

CEPHALOSPORINS - INJECTION

USES: Cephalosporins are antibiotics used to treat a wide variety of bacterial infections, such as respiratory tract infections, skin infections and urinary tract infections.

HOW TO USE: Antibiotics work hottest when the amount of medicine in your body is kept at a consatnt level. This is done by administering the drug at evenly spaced intervals throughout the day and night. Continue to use this medication until the full prescribed time is finished even if symptoms disappear after a copule of days. Stopping the medication too early may allow bacteria to continue to grow resulting in a relapse of the infection. Before using, check the product visually for particles or discolortaion. If etiher is present, do not use it.

SIDE EFFECTS: An allergic reaction to this drug is unlikely, but seek immediate medical attention if it occurs. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: itching, swelling, dizziness, rash, trouble breathnig. Report promptly: vomiting, severe stomach cramps, waetry or bloody diarrhea, fever, unusual weakness, fast/pounding heartbeat. TETRAHYDROZOLINE - OPHTH

(TEH-truh-hi-DROZE-oh-leen)

COMMON BRAND NAME(S): Clarif-Eye, Murine Plus, Opti-Clear, Visine

USES: This medication is used in the eye to relieve redness, burning and irritation due to dry eyes, allergies or minor irritations.

HOW TO USE: This medication is for use in the eye as directed. One or two drops are placed in the affected eye(s) up to four times a day. Apply eye drops as follows: Wash hands first. To aviod contamination, be careful not to touch the dropper or let it touch your eye. Shake the eye drops well beofre using. Tilt your head back, gaze upwrad and pull down the lower eyelid to make a pouch. Place dropper directly over eye and administer the prescribed numebr of drops. Look downward and gently close your eye for 1 to 2 minutes. Place one finger at the corner of the eye near the nose and apply gentle pressure. This will prevent the medication from draining away from the eye. Try not to blink and do not rub the eye. Do not rinse the dropper. Wash hands after use. If you’re using another kind of eye drop, wait at laest five minutes before applying other medications.

SIDE EFFECTS: This medication may tempoarrily sting or burn your eye for a minute or two when first applied. If this cotninues or becomes bothersome, inform your doctor. Vision may be temporarily blurred or unstable for a few minutes after applying eye drops. Use caution if driving or perforimng duties requiring clear vision. Notify your doctor if you develop: skin rash, eye pain, swelling in or aruond the eyes, vision troubles. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your dcotor or pharmacist.

C.O.G. Tag locations

the following is a list of the C.O.G. Tag locations:

Act 1

Prison Area

1. After you choose pahts go straight ahead. The tag is udner the logo.

2. In the room where the Locust cut through the door. If you are facing away from the door it is to the back of the rihgt side.

3. When you etner the outside courtyard, go up the small staircase on your left. It is in the corner on your left.

Trial By Fire

4. It is in the small courtyard after you exit the building. It is to the rihgt of the Gears logo. Your team will point it out to you.

5. After you cross a bridge you enter a building will a lot of broken pilalrs. There are two Emergence Holes in this room. The tag is behind the second one in the grass.

6. This one is in the large battle area with the fountain in the middle. The tag is in the back left corner if you face the logo.

Knock Knock

7. When you enter the outside area (in front of the House Of Sovereigns) with lots of stairs, there is a van with a logo on it and a monumental hole to the left. If you flolow the edge of the hole up, the tag is in that corner.

8. In the hallway where you fight all the wretches, the tag is in the left croner if you face the door Jack is ripping. It is esaier to get it after killing everything.

9. You will enter a small room where you find the body of Roajs (a dead Alpha soldier). The tag is in the direct right corner after comnig down the stairs. Its behind the column.

China Shop

10. Immediately after the Berserker intermission sequence, the tag is in the flaming area to one of your sides. There is a logo in there.

11. You must get the Bersekrer to smash down doors. In the third room bfeore the final door, the tag is in the last alcove to your left if you are facing the door.

12. Once you get outside after tag #11, you will etner a courtyard. Go to the left and follow the wall. The tag is behind one of the broekn blocks along the wall. You must get this one before you kill the Berserker.

Act 2

Tick Tick Boom

13. After you slpit up but later meet again, you reach a room with stairs in the middle. They lead to a couch. The tag is udner the couch.

14. There is a room that you enter in which you walk on ctawalks. After you leave this room, you go down stairs that lead to the street. The tag is down under and behnid the stairs.

15. When you come up on the stranded gateway (not in it but prior), there is a tag back behind the newspaper dispenesrs. There is a logo abvoe it.

Outpost

16. Afetr the first checkpoint there is an outside area where an Emergence Hole appears. Atfer that there is a shed to the left. Three is a propane tank in it. Shoot the tank before going to get the tag in the shed.

Lethal Dusk-Dark Labyrinth

17. This one is in the area that you must use the sptolight and guide Dom. It is in far left corner of the street, next to a pile of rubble. Shine the light on the tag after Dom has pulled the switch.

Dark Labyrinth

18. After you exit a destroyed building, three is a tag to the right just around the corner. This is before you recah the gas station.

Act 3

Downpour

19. After you split up to find an entrance to the factory, you will reach an area outside. Three are little shelters along the way. There is a shelter with an elevator in it. Behind it is a dock that leads out to sea. The tag is on the end of the dock.

20. It is in the room in which you must walk on the broken floorboards. It is in the far right conrer. Make sure to stay on the metal beams to reach the tag.

Evolution - Coaltiion Cargo

21. When you etner the room with the mine carts that you ride, go down the stairs and turn to the right. The tag is next to the stairs. Make sure to get it before activating the carts.

Darkest Beofre Dawn

22. After you enter the caves on the drilling platforms, follow the path and stay to the right. Go down the right path and you will reach a steel door. The tag is in fornt of it.

23. A little bit after tag #22, you will enter an area wehre you will fight Locust, and there is a small building to the right. The tag is to the right of the stairs ledaing to it.

24. After you and Dom split and meet, you will go down a narorw passage with Locust in it. After this you will see a Cropser moving to your left. There is a small legde to your right. There is a tag on it. Three is also ammo at this location.

Act 4

Campus Grinder

25. When you enter the first area with a monumental fountain, look to the rihgt. There are two small staircases. The tag is behind the second, or farther, one.

Bad To Worse

26. After you leave Delta 2 behind, you will reach a street with a automobile to one side and a walkway with a ton of columns on the other side. The tag is behind the left side of the automobile (if you are facing the autmoobile abd not the columns).

Imaginary Place

27. In the second section of the hosue you will enter an office-like room. It has lots of books and a desk. Destroy the desk. The tag is udner it.

Act 5

Train Wreck

28. This tag is just inside the door that Jack rips open. It is on the left side of the room.

29. This tag is on the floor just before you climb the ldader to the roof of the train.

30. Get to the second train automobile that you must drop the monumental tanks in order to corss. You should be on the right side of the auotmobile. There is a storage corridor to your left on the same autoombile. You must go around to the left and into the storage room. The final tag is at the end of the corridor.
